This spring 44 Snow Hill High students participated in a contest to celebrate the life and achievements of Snow Hill native William Julius “Judy” Johnson. Their task was to research the life of Mr. Johnson and design a bulletin board to be displayed in the front hallway of Snow Hill High. This activity was designed to coincide with the Worcester County effort to place a memorial to this famous son of Worcester County on the grounds of the Snow Hill Library.
All of the entries were well-done, but the overall best design belonged to Orlando Dennis. Congratulations Orlando on your creative and informative display. As an added bonus, Orlando received 4 passes to the Delmarva Shorebirds Stadium, courtesy of the Shorebirds.
