Snow Hill Athletics is excited to announce that Worcester County Public Schools is partnering with FamilyID to transition athletic registration to an online system. Students wishing to participate in athletics and/or MCJROTC in 2019-2020 will need to complete the online registration at https://www.familyid.com/organizations/snow-hill-high-school. The information required to register is the same information that was contained in our physical paperwork. The new system helps streamline the clearance process and allows families to complete and submit paperwork at their convenience from any device (cellphone, tablet, laptop, computer, etc.) with access to the internet.
Steps to Register for a Sport:
Go to to https://www.familyid.com/organizations/snow-hill-high-school and create an account.
Scroll down and click the link that reads “Fall 2019 Sports Registration” to register for any of the athletics teams, including Cheerleading and Unified Sports.
Enter the information. This is the same information that was required on the physical paperwork. You will have the option to complete part of the information, save your progress, and resume the completion later, as well as complete and submit all at one time.
Steps to Submit MCJROTC Paperwork:
Go to to https://www.familyid.com/organizations/snow-hill-high-school and create an account.
Scroll down and click the link that reads “MCJROTC 2019 Registration.”
Enter the information. This is the same information that was required on the physical paperwork. You will have the option to complete part of the information, save your progress, and resume the completion later, as well as complete and submit all at one time.
TIPS: If you are registering the same student for multiple programs, you will be able to select that student’s name from a drop down menu to speed up the process.
As we have required in the past, a current physical and insurance verification need to be submitted to Ben Waples, Athletic Trainer, prior to the student participating. He will keep physicals on file and will let families know when one physical is expiring and a new one is needed. School insurance will still be available; the link to K&K Insurance is included in the online registration form.

To be cleared for participation:
Complete online registration
Submit a paper copy of a physical completed in the past 365 days to Ben Waples
Submit insurance verification to Ben Waples.
