Snow Hill High School Mission Statement

The mission of Snow Hill High School, a small dynamic learning community, is to nurture and enhance the academic, social, physical and emotional potential in each of our students. As we inspire and facilitate active learning, we empower all students, as lifelong learners, to recognize and respect diversity and to become productive members of their local and world-wide community

Snow Hill High School ..... A High Performing School
Snow Hill High School has once again been recognized by U. S. News & World Report for the achievement of our students. Out of 21,069 public high schools in 48 states and using data from 2006-2007, Snow Hill High School has received a ranking of SILVER. Last year we received a BRONZE ranking.
The ranking is based on a three step process. “Steps one and two ensure that the schools serve all their students well, using state proficiency standards as the measuring benchmark. For those schools that made it past the first two steps successfully, the third step assessed the degree to which schools prepare students for college-level work”
